Quotation and reservation

Q. How can I get a quotation for free?
A. Please fill in the quotation request from on this website. We will send the quotation by email within 2 business days.
Q. How long does it take from a quotation request to the answer?
A. In principle, we will answer you within 2 business days. If you are in a hurry, let us know when you ask a quotation.
Q. How long in advance before departure do I have to make a reservation?
A. We recommend you to make a reservation as soon as possible because we are first come - first served basis.
Q. What kind of vehicles can I make a reservation?
A. You can make a reservation as follows: A taxi (up to 3 people), A Hi-ace Van (up to 8 to 10 people), A Mini Bus up to 23 people), A Small Size Bus (up to 21 people), A Medium Size Bus (up to 27 people) and A Full Size Bus (up to 53 to 60 people).

Q. Can I ask a vehicle not listed on the site?
A. It depends on the area you're visiting. Please contact us for more details.
Q. Where are the areas I can make a reservation?
A. You can request everywhere in Japan.
Q. What information is necessary to make a reservation?
A. The places and the time you get on and off, the number of people on board, a telephone number of a person in charge and a payment method are necessary.
Q. What is the pricing method?
A. We calculate the price by the date, time, type of vehicle, and the driving distance.
Q. When is the payment due date?
A. We charge 20% of the total amount as a deposit at booking time. The reservation is confirmed with this receipt of deposit.
And the balance will be paid by 15 days before you use. If the day you use is before 14 days or less than 14 days, full payment is charged at booking.

About airport transfer services

Q. If a plane arrives at early or late, how would that be?
A. We will monitor your arrival time, and wait for you accordingly. However, but when the arrival time would be much delayed, additional fees might be occurred.
Q. How can I find your staff at the airport?
A. Driver / Meet staff will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a name board.
Q. When I could not meet a driver and a staff, what should I do?
A. We will provide the driver's phone number by 1 day prior to the pick up date. Please call the number first. Also, please send us an email so that we can check with the driver.

About the fees

Q. What are not included in the fees?
A. Admission fees, your meal and accommodation charges are not included.
Q. Do I have to make a reservation of accommodations for a guide and a driver?
A. It's depending on the itinerary, but we already include the necessary fee in the quotation. We will make the arrangement, so you don't need to worry about it.

Payment methods

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes. we accept VISA or MASTER for the payment. Once we receive your reservation request, we will send a payment link. You can make the payment via online without letting us know your card information.
Q. Can I make a payment by check?
A. Unfortunately, we don't accept the payment by check.
Q. Can you issue a bill and a receipt?
A. Yes. We can send you by email. If you need them, please contact us.
Q. Can I pay by American dollars and other foreign currencies?
A. No. Only Japanese yen is acceptable.

About vehicles

Q. Can you prepare a child seat?
A. We may prepare it when you use a taxi. Please contact us. For buses, we cannot set a child seat.
Q. Are all the vehicles air conditioned?
A. Yes, all the vehicles are air conditioned.
Q. Do all vehicles have trunks?
A. Full Size Buses, Medium Size Buses, Hiace Vans and Taxis have trunks. Mini Buses don’t have it.
However, as vehicles with trunks have different capacities depending on vehicles, you may have to load your things into the vehicle when the trunk is too tight.
Please contact us in advance if you have large baggage such as a suitcase abroad.
Q. Can I smoke in the vehicle?
A. In principle, it is no smoking. But, in some buses you can smoke. Please contact us.
Q. Can I specify a non-smoking vehicle?
A. For a bus, you can specify a non-smoking vehicle.
You cannot specify a taxi, but we get rid of the smell in advance and we’ll tell your driver you prefer non-smoking car. Please request before you make a reservation.
Q. Can I drink in a vehicle?
A. You can drink in most of vehicles.
But if a drunken customer breaks a car interior, all the repair costs will be charged.
And a beer server and glasses are not prepared. Some vehicles have refrigerators, but confirm that when using it.
Q. Are the vehicles insured?
A. Yes, all the vehicles are insured.

About guide and assistant

Q. Can I make a reservation for an English speaking guide?
A. Yes. It’s possible. We can arrange a professional interpreter guide or an English speaking tour assistant suited for your interest.

Q. What language is available?
A. English and Chinese are available. For other languages, please contact us.

Other

Q. Do I have to tip a driver?
A. No, there is no customs to tip in Japan. We will leave it to your courtesy.
Q. Where can I meet a driver during my stay in hotel?
A. Our driver will wait for you at the hotel lobby or main entrance. We will let you know more details after the reservation.

You can use a chartered bus to suit your itinerary.
